Hi! I'm Michelle Carter. I’m a former Registered Social Worker turned Professional Esthetician with over 28 years experience in the beauty industry.  I am a former director of spa operations, a current beauty business owner operating for 15 years and mentor for over 25 years.  I work with individuals who want help launching their dream beauty business; those who start with an idea and want to bring it to life and those who are feeling stuck and overwhelmed in the early stages of their entrepreneurship journey in the beauty industry.
